We have an opportunity in our Dublin team an Innovation Strategy Executive either as a grad or with 12-18 months good experience in marketing, research, innovation or communications.

We’re looking for ambitious, growth-minded people who will push themselves and collaborate brilliantly with others in order to support the team delivering client strategies and innovations that are creative and progressive.

You’ll get to work with innovation strategists, researchers and partners on developing new products, services, brands and marketing strategies. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of product and service categories such as sport, food, drink, finance and technology. You’ll learn about innovation and insight, research design and implementation, how to plan and run workshops, how to create concepts, identify emerging futures and create debriefs.

You will report to an Innovation Strategist and support on client and jump! projects. There will be a certain amount of administration, but there will also be lots of:

  • Support on planning client events and workshops
  • Support on project management, client research and debriefs
  • Contribution to client brand strategy development
  • Concept creation / building
  • Desk Research: identifying key themes and exemplars
  • Case study writing
  • Qualitative and Quantitative Research support
  • Moving to qualitative research moderation when ready
  • Data checking / charting
  • Presentation writing and chart creation
  • Presenting to clients
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Assisting in identifying and collating cultural and customer trends
  • Contributing to agency diversity and mental health initiatives
  • Team support

  • Have a good Third Level Qualification
  • Can show evidence of passion for marketing and innovation

  • Have both an organised and creative mind.

  • Are comfortable flexing between visual and verbal communications.
  • Are driven to progress at pace to Innovation Strategist level
  • Can show a record of achievement and ideally, leadership, in whatever you’ve been involved in today
