Senior Innovation Strategist

About This Role

You’ll work with a team of strategists of all levels to develop new products, services, and marketing strategies for local and global consumer brands. You will need to be comfortable working on a wide range of categories including food and drink, entertainment, finance, and technology.  Recent projects include creating new financial products, repositioning a supermarket brand, creating a positioning for a travel-related activity, as well as uncovering emerging youth culture.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

As a Senior member of the agency, you will have responsibility for project delivery and people growth. You will also be a member of the Senior Leadership Team which contributes to the development and direction of the agency. Reporting to a Partner and responsible for a team of two, you will lead and collaborate with them on the creation of powerful, growth-driving outcomes for clients.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

• Nurturing and developing client partnerships and relationships.
• Leading global and local qualitative and quantitative research processes.
• Leading and designing ideation workshops to inspire new products, services, brands or communication strategies.
• Leading brand positioning and brand strategy projects.
• Writing and delivering powerful presentations which sell ideas and stories to our clients. 
• Ensuring projects are successfully managed and delivered on budget and on time.
• Contributing to the agency’s ongoing D&I, mental health and social initiatives .
