What we’re looking for:

At jump!, we help clients win tomorrow through sharp brand strategy, creative growth planning, and breakthrough innovation. We are an agency trusted by names like Jameson, adidas, Red Bull Racing, Heineken, Bumble and Nestlé to solve their biggest brand, positioning and innovation challenges.

Now, we’re looking for an Innovation Strategist to join our Invention Team, the beating heart of our innovation work, to deliver sharp thinking, bold creativity and ideas that work for our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who’s:

• Creative. An action and results oriented ideas person
• Continuously exploring for creative possibilities
• Up for prototyping and experimentation in order to make ideas tangible
• Building strategic understanding of brand, marketing and innovation
• Energised by big challenges, high standards and real impact

You'll have 3 to 4 years in innovation, brand planning, or a creative role. Agency-side or client-side, what matters is that generating, facilitating and developing ideas was the job.

What you’ll do:

You’ll contribute to innovation that drives change for global clients, across sectors, in fast-paced and ambitious teams. That includes:

• Helping to identify innovation and creative opportunities
• Creating sharp, imaginative stimulus for idea generation
• Generating new ideas for brief, both personally and collaboratively
• Learning to facilitate others’ creativity for new thinking, new ideas
• Developing ideas into well expressed concepts for research and clients
• Bringing creativity and energy to prototypes and experiments that make ideas tangible
• Supporting client conversations and relationships
• Supporting development of jump! Invention World approaches and tools
