After completing his Sociology degree at the University of Manchester, Finlay began his career supporting creative agencies with strategy and new-business development before spending time travelling through Central and South America.
Driven by a curiosity for people, culture, psychology, and strategic thinking, he found a natural challenge at Jump!. Since joining, he has gained experience across a wide range of strategy, insight, and innovation projects spanning FMCG and sport.
Outside of work, Finlay is usually on a football pitch, out on his bike, or- at the time of writing and as a result of these pursuits- navigating life on crutches.
