Natalia Walters

After almost a decade driving innovation in both client and agency worlds, Natalia joined the jump! team as Innovation Director in 2023. Natalia’s work has taken her across the globe, fuelling her passion for learning about people, places and culture. She specialises in helping clients develop products and brands that meet emerging human needs while achieving both commercial and creative goals. In her time with jump!, she’s spearheaded projects across food, alcohol, sports and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Natalia is an explorer of the great outdoors, a lover of tequila, and – for fitness purposes only – a boxer. When not tracking down the latest bar and restaurant openings, she’s usually planning her next adventure.
